At Soho Wear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return period and also accept exchanges.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in its original condition and should not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered. Items should include their original tags and packaging, where applicable.

Returns are accepted by mail.
Before mailing a return, customers should contact Soho Wear to request return instructions. Please do not send items to an address other than the return address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Soho Wear does not charge a restocking fee for returned products.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items.
Customers who would like to exchange an item should contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. The item must meet the same condition requirements as a standard return.
Exchange availability is subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the applicable refund.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
